This development site was acquired from a distressed seller. When acquired the project was approved for 160 condominium units. Luzern and joint venture partner reinvented the project into a 130 unit rental apartment property with amenities including roof decks, fitness room, business and entertainment center. Upon completion of the approval process the project was sold.
