Acquired and redeveloped in 2012, the Beacon Hill Apartment renovations included new kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces that featured architectural moldings, premium stainless appliances and marble countertops. An additional rooftop outdoor living space was added to further enhance the residential appeal of the building.
Completed and sold in under a year, the refurbishment of Beacon Hill Apartments increased the rental income by 36% and operating income by 27%.
