Built in 1980, 372 Danbury Road suffered from dated façade and inferior interior design to its common areas and was struggling to find tenants. Luzern redeveloped the property emphasizing a more modern approach to the property's common spaces.
In addition to updating the exterior facade, the main and visitor entrances were given a complete redesign as was the center atrium which was given an open, airy feel.
Interior renovations began with the complete gut and upgrade of all common areas and the installation of new amenities including a fitness room and conference facility.
The improvements were well-received by the marketplace and occupancy doubled amidst one of the worst real estate markets in recent history (2008-2011).
